The "Good News" Bracelet

I. Black Represents Our Sin

. God says everyone of us are sinners. "For all have
sinned and come short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:22)

. God loves us but hates our sin, because the payment
for sin is death and separation from him. "For the
wages of sin is death, ..." (Romans 6:23)

. Heaven is where God lives, it is a perfect place, and no sin can enter into the presence of God. "For thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness: neither shall evil dwell with thee." (Psalm 5:4)

. Nothing man could do could help him obtain the absolute perfection God requires for eternal life. (Ephesians 2:8-9)

II. Red Represents The Blood of Christ

. Christ was crucified on the cross for our sins. He was buried in the grave for 3 days then he rose agai n from the dead, proving that he was God. (1 Corinthians 15: 3-4)

III. White Represents God's Righteousness or Perfection

. Christ made a complete payment for all sin and offers his righteousness (or perfection) to us. (2 Corinthians 5:21)

. God gives eternal life only to those who believe thismessage and receive/trust Christ as their Savior. (John 3:16)

IV. Green Represents "Growing in Christ" and Living For Christ After You Are Saved

EACH DAY HE DESIRES THAT WE:
. Praise him and thank him for all things. (Ephesians5:20)
. Study his word and obey it. (2 Timothy 2:15, James1:22)
. Pray for our daily needs and pray for others.
(Philippians 4:6, 1 Timothy 2:1) . Maintain good works. (Titus 3:8) . Share this good news with others. (Mark 16:15)

V. Yellow Represents Heaven

. One day soon, Christ is coming back to take us home to
heaven. (1 Thessalonians 4: 16-17)

. In heaven, the streets are paved in gold. This is a place where there are no more tears, sorrow, pain, or death. (Revelation 21:4)
